Nash works with delivery providers who manage driver payments and payouts. If you're a driver with questions about earnings, payment timing, or payout methods, you'll need to contact your delivery provider directly.

Identify Your Situation

  • You've completed deliveries using the Nash Driver app

  • You haven't received payment or payment information

  • You need to verify your payout method or account setup

Contact Your Delivery Provider

  1. Identify the delivery provider you work with (this is the company that hired you as a driver).

  2. Locate your point of contact or support team at your delivery provider.

  3. Contact them directly with questions about payment timing, payout methods, or earnings.

  4. Request information about your account setup and any additional steps needed for payment.
