Turn widgets on and off

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Widget catalog on the Widgets settings page is where you choose which widgets your organization can embed. Turning a widget on is the first of the four things a widget needs before it will serve — see embed a Nash widget on your site for the whole sequence.

Find the catalog under SettingsConnectionsWidgets, in the Widget catalog section.

Note

You'll need organization-management permissions to change these settings.

Turn a widget on or off

Each widget has its own On/Off switch. Flip the switch for the widget you want, then save with the Save changes bar at the bottom of the page.

The catalog and your allowed origins share one draft — nothing is written until you select Save changes, and both sections save together. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, Nash prompts you first.

The catalog description sums up the requirement: a widget only serves on your sites once it's on here, an origin is allowed, and your backend holds a credential.

What's in the catalog

Widget What it embeds Can you embed it today?
Live Map Live courier positions and planned routes on an embedded map Yes — copy-paste snippet
ETA Chip A compact inline arrival time for one delivery Not yet — no snippet
Delivery List A list of deliveries with status, ETA, origin, and package count Not yet — no snippet
Delivery Details A focused single-delivery summary with courier, arrival, stops, and packages Not yet — no snippet
Nash Agent The AI assistant customers talk to about their orders and deliveries Set up per agent, not here

Important

Only Live Map produces an embed snippet today. When Live Map is on, its row shows an Embed snippet link that copies the loader to your clipboard. ETA Chip, Delivery List, and Delivery Details can be switched on and saved, but they don't produce a snippet yet — turning them on gives you nothing to drop into a page. They carry a New badge, but that's not the same as being ready to embed.

Nash Agent shows a switch here too, but its embeds are configured on each agent's own Embed tab and keep working regardless of this switch. To set up a Nash Agent embed, see what Nash Agent is.

The catalog also lists roadmap ideas under On the roadmap — name chips with no switches. None of those are built yet; they're there so you can tell Nash which you'd want.

When Nash pauses a widget

Nash can temporarily pause a widget for your organization. When that happens, the widget's row shows a Paused by Nash badge and a strip explaining it:

Nash has temporarily paused the widget for your organization — only Nash can lift this. Your own On/Off setting is unchanged and preserved, but the widget won't serve until the pause is cleared.

Two facts are kept separate here: your own On/Off setting, and the Nash pause. A pause doesn't change your setting — when Nash lifts it, the widget returns to whatever you had it set to. You can't clear a pause yourself; the row has a Contact Nash support button to reach out.
