Save and share Execute views
Last updated: October 29, 2026
A view is a saved slice of the Execute queue: the filters, search, columns and date range you set up to see one kind of work. Save the slices you return to — "my region today", "routes with critical exceptions", "provider routes this week" — and you switch between them in one click instead of rebuilding the filters each time. For how to set up the filters and columns in the first place, see Find routes in Execute.
Find your views
The views menu sits on the right of the Execute toolbar and shows the name of the view you're in. Every organization starts with All routes, the built-in view with nothing filtered. Open the menu to see Switch view and every view you can use, each with an icon that tells you whether it's yours or shared with the organization. Select one to apply it.
When you change a filter, column or search after opening a view, the menu button shows Edited, so you can tell what you're looking at no longer matches the saved view. Changing only the date range or switching between Table, Map and Timeline doesn't mark a view as edited.
Save a new view
- Set up the queue the way you want it: date range, search, filters and columns.
- Open the views menu and select Save current as new view.
- Name the view in the "Name this view…" box.
- If you can create organization views, choose Personal or Organization.
- Select Save.
The new view becomes the one you're in.
Personal and organization views
- Personal views are yours. You create, rename, update and delete them.
- Organization views are shared with everyone in your organization who can open Execute. Organization owners and admins create and maintain them; everyone else can use them, and sees Personal as the only option when saving.
Anyone can make their own copy of an organization view: select Duplicate on it and Nash saves a personal copy, named after the original with "copy" on the end, that you're free to change.
Update or discard changes to a view
When a view you can edit shows Edited, the views menu offers two choices:
- Update "view name" with current changes saves what's on screen into that view, for everyone who uses it.
- Discard changes puts the queue back to the view as it was saved.
If you can't edit the view — an organization view, when you're not an owner or admin — save your changes with Save current as new view instead.
Rename, duplicate or delete a view
Hover over a view in the menu and open its actions:
- Rename — give the view a new name.
- Duplicate — save a personal copy.
- Share link… — copy a link to the view (see below).
- Set as my default — open Execute on this view.
- Delete — remove the view.
Rename and Delete only appear on views you can edit. All routes can't be renamed or deleted.
Set your default view
Select Set as my default on any view, and that view carries a Default badge. From then on, Execute opens on it whenever you come to the page fresh, instead of on All routes. A link someone shares with you still opens on what the link shows.
Your default is yours alone. Setting an organization view as your default doesn't change anyone else's.
Share a view with a link
Select Share link… on a view. Nash shows the link with a Copy button; send it to a teammate, and they open the exact same slice — filters, columns and date range. The link carries the view's settings, so it works for a personal view too: your teammate sees the routes you see without the view being added to their list.
You can share any state of the queue this way, saved or not: the page's web address always carries your current filters, columns and date range.
