This guide explains Nash's billing structure, trial period, and payment processes.
Review Platform and Delivery Fees
There are two types of fee's to keep your delivery operations running smoothly.
1. Nash Platform Fee
Shopify (not Nash) charges your Nash plan fee after your 7-day trial period ends
The charge occurs 7 days after you enter billing info and choose your Nash plan. We will send you an email notification the day before your trial ends.
This fee covers access to the Nash platform and features
2. Delivery Fees
Nash bills weekly for all completed deliveries via Stripe
You receive a consolidated invoice every week
This makes tracking delivery expenses simple and predictable
Understand Your Trial Period
Your trial begins immediately after choosing your Nash plan for your Shopify store. During this risk-free period, you can test all Nash services without platform fee charges. We will send you an email notification the day before your trial ends.
Track Weekly Delivery Billing
Nash consolidates all your delivery charges into one weekly invoice. This billing cycle runs every week and includes all deliveries completed during the previous week through Stripe.

Update Payment Information
Managing your billing information ensures uninterrupted service.
Log into your Nash dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Billing
Update your payment method
You're automatically enrolled in auto-pay for convenience.
Accepted Payment Methods
Nash accepts all major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe payment processing.
