Archived orders

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Archiving sets an order aside. An archived order leaves the pipeline tabs on the Orders page, but it isn't deleted — you can find it again and bring it back at any time. It's a tidy way to clear out orders you don't need, like ones you've decided not to act on in Needs Attention.

Find your archived orders

Click the archive icon at the top-right of the Orders tabs — its tooltip reads "Archived Orders View." It's an icon rather than a tab, and it has no count next to it, so it's easy to miss. Clicking it shows your archived orders in the same table, filtered to just the archived ones.

Archive an order

You can archive an order a few ways:

  • One order: open its menu and choose Archive.
  • Several at once: select the orders and choose Archive from the actions bar. A bulk archive asks you to confirm first.
  • From the order itself: you can also archive from the order's drawer — see read an order.

Whether an order can be archived depends on the order — if you don't see an Archive option, that order can't be archived right now.

Restore an archived order

To bring an order back, open the archived view (the archive icon), then choose Unarchive from an order's menu, or select several and unarchive them together. The order returns to your active orders.
