You can cancel a job by selecting “cancel delivery” at the top righthand of the job summary page.

If the task has already been assigned to a driver, you may have to reach out to the driver or the provider and have them manually cancel on their end.

You can also cancel from the Delivery tab in the portal if the job hasn't been assigned a driver yet.
