Chat - From Inside the Nash Portal

When you login to the Nash portal, you will see a question mark icon (?) on the bottom left corner. Once you hover over it, it will say chat with us. When you select it, the help center window will pop up.

Nash also has a robust help center located inside the chat widget! You can search for information using keywords such as "contact" to learn how to contact drivers, providers, etc.

However, if after searching the help center you still require further assistance, click on the messages icon and send us a message. One of our support specialists will be happy to assist you.
