Adding Billing Information
Adding Billing Information
Updated over a week ago

Before dispatching your first delivery within Nash, you will be required to add payment information to your account by following a few simple steps. Account owners and admins can manage billing.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Payments issued via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Link will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

  1. As the account owner or admin, click the Settings icon on the far left - this looks like a wrench:

  2. From the Settings page, click the Manage link.

Step 3 - Entering Your Account Details

Steps 3- 5 are country-specific, click on your Country for further instructions.

USA Merchants

3. After you click on Add Payment Method, a new window will pop out on the right for you to enter your bank details. Nash partners with Stripe to ensure your financial information remains secure. If you prefer to go directly to Stripe to enter your information or have any issues entering bank details in the new window, click the link at the top of the Manage billing page.

Select US Bank Account and follow the instructions to enter your account details.

You can search for your bank and most will be available in the dropdown.

Note: Sometimes the legal name of a bank can be different. If you cannot find your bank in the dropdown, go directly to your banks website and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see if they mention their legal name. If not, you may have to enter your bank details manually.

For example, if you bank with Chime.com, banking services are actually provided by "The Bancorp Bank, N.A." or "Stride Bank, N.A.," as noted by the disclaimer at the bottom of their website.

When you begin connecting your account, a screen will pop up to let you know that Nash uses Stripe. Select Agree and Continue to keep adding bank information.

4. Once your bank is found, you'll add your login credentials. Note that your sign-on information is being entered securely via Stripe and Nash cannot see your username or password, nor will we ever ask for this information.

5. You may have to verify it's you by entering a code your bank sends you, pressing a button on an email, or something else. Pay attention to the screen and what it's telling you to ensure the account gets linked.

  • If you're unable to find your bank and link automatically, you can select Enter bank details manually instead. You'll then be prompted to enter your account number and routing number.

Note: If your bank isn't listed and Stripe cannot connect automatically, you'll have the option to enter your bank info along with accounting and routing numbers to add the information. It could take 1-2 business days for the micro-deposit.

🚨 IMPORTANT: YOU'RE NOT DONE YET - You MUST click Continue with Nash Technologies!
