Editing A Delivery

Once you have created a job, you can only edit the package description, package value, driver tip, and item count without having to duplicate and create a new job.

To edit one of those 4 values click on the pencil icon at the top of the delivery page.

Edit the details and click Save.

A notification in the top right of the screen will indicate if the edits have been applied.

If you need to change anything else on the order, you will need to duplicate it.

Note: Some providers do not allow editing at certain stages of the delivery. If you try to edit and the option is not available, you will receive an alert notifying you that changes cannot be made.

Duplicating A Delivery

For deliveries where something other than package description, package value, or driver tip needs to be edited, you will need to cancel the original delivery, and then duplicate it to bring up the order entry screen where you can edit.

To do this, go to the history dashboard where all of your orders are listed.

Find the order you need to duplicate, and click the vertical ellipses. Then, select Duplicate:

You can also duplicate directly from the order details page.

A new screen will open with your job details for manual entry. Review and edit what you need, and double-check that the correct dispatch strategy is present if you're using one. Save, and you will be taken to the delivery details page where the delivery has been created.
