You can track the status of your refund requests directly in Nash.
On the left side panel, select Settings:
Under Billing, select Refund Requests.
All incident reports submitted will be located in a list view here with the description you entered when you made the request.
Definitions of Refund Status's:
UNDER REVIEW: The submitted request has been sent to the provider and is still being reviewed.
APPROVED: The submitted refund request has been approved.
The dollar amount is reflective of the amount the provider has agreed to refund.
DENIED: The submitted refund has been denied by the provider.
The reason for the denial will be reflected on your invoice.
Note: Not all providers have the same refund policies. If you have questions regarding the approval/denial of a request, please reach out to the Nash Support team.
