If you're unable to reach the driver directly, the next quickest way to reach the Roadie team is via chat.

Their team will continue reaching out to the driver with your inquiry until they are able to reach them. When contacting providers, they can pull up the delivery faster if you reference the delivery ID on the delivery details page.

When the form pops up, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email address in the chat box.
