Delivering with Nash gives you the ability to send your end customers SMS notifications with tracking information for the duration of the journey. Additionally, you can create a seamless experience for your end customer by customizing and branding these tracking links with your logo and brand colors!

Note: As you edit the Logo and Brand colors, watch the Live Preview section to see how this will display to your end customer.

To get started customizing your tracking links, go to Settings>Tracking.

Change the logo on the tracking by uploading a PNG with a recommended image size of 1024 x 1024.

If your brand has specific colors, click into the Brand Color box to type in the hex code.

Decide which details you want available on the tracking page. By default, all are enabled. In the below example, I have Map toggled off, so the map has disappeared from the Live Preview.

Premium Features

Premium features allow you to enable Delivery Status on tracking links, and remove Powered by Nash from the tracking link. To access our Premium Tracking Features, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Nash Support for pricing.

Business Details

Use the fields for Business Details section to add specific details about your business to the tracking.

Once you’re satisfied with the way your tracking links will look to your end customer, don’t forget to click Save changes!

To review the public tracking link from the dashboard, click the vertical ellipses to the right of the delivery, and select Tracking Link.
