If you choose not to automate dispatch, you will need to manually select a delivery provider once the delivery is entered into Nash.
Note: Nash works with different Delivery Providers to ensure you have coverage for all of your customers, however, quotes will expire. You can easily refresh quotes from the delivery details page without having to re-enter it.
Assigning A Delivery Provider From The Dashboard
Find the delivery you need to dispatch, and click the vertical ellipses to open the dropdown.
The right side drawer will open and show the available quotes, and the expired quotes. Expired quotes will auto-refresh. Choose the provider you'd like, and then click Assign provider.
Note: If any quotes show as Expired, click Refresh quotes in the top right-hand corner.
You'll receive a confirmation in the top right corner that your delivery provider has been selected!
Your delivery will now move from Created status to Not Assigned Driver, and all the way through to Dropoff Complete!
