If you're unable to reach the driver directly, the next quickest way to reach the Drive Yello team is via chat.

Visit https://www.driveyello.com/#section-contact and look for the chat widget for the Yello team in the bottom right-hand corner.

Similar to Nash, you'll be prompted to enter some details regarding your delivery.

Use the delivery details page to fill in the requested information, and a live person will be able to continue reaching out to the driver with your inquiry.
