Add the Nash date picker to Shopify checkout

By default, the Nash delivery date picker and pickup selection appear on your Shopify cart page. On Shopify Plus, you can also add them to the checkout page, so shoppers choose a delivery date or pickup time without leaving checkout.

Note

You set this up in your Shopify admin's checkout editor, not in the Nash portal, and it's available on Shopify Plus. Shopify's checkout editor changes over time — verify these steps against your current admin.

Before you start

  • Your store is on the Shopify Plus plan — checkout app blocks are a Plus feature.
  • The Nash app is installed on your store.

Add the checkout app blocks

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings ▸ Checkout.
  2. On your default checkout profile, select Customize to open the editor.
  3. In the left panel, find the Delivery Method section.
  4. Select Add App Block and add both: - checkout-date-picker - pickup-widget
  5. Select Save.

Shoppers now see the Nash date and pickup selection during checkout, for both delivery and pickup orders.
