Filter and Save Views on Your Delivery Dashboard

Nash offers robust customization options for your delivery dashboard, making it easy to focus on relevant data. This guide explains how to create custom views, apply filters, and save views for easy access.

Creating a Custom View

To create a new custom view:

  • Click the + icon on the dashboard to create a new view.

  • Enter a name for your view in the provided field.

  • Click the checkmark icon to save the view name.

You can create multiple views for different operational needs.

Applying Filters

Once you have a view, you can customize it using filters:

  • Click the Filter button to open filter options.

  • Available filters include:

    • Status: Filter by operational status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed).

    • City: Narrow down by specific locations.

    • Provider Name: Filter by delivery service provider.

    • Date Range: Focus on deliveries within a specific time frame.

    • Additional Filters: Custom tags or other relevant metrics.

  • Select filters and click Apply Filters to update the dashboard.

Using filters provides more detailed views, like focusing on deliveries in a specific city.

Sorting Your View

To further organize your data:

  • Use the date selector to filter by date range.

  • Click column headers to sort data. Some columns allow sorting in ascending/descending order or other specific options.

Sorting helps quickly identify deliveries that need attention.

Saving Your Custom View

After applying filters and sorting:

  • Click the checkmark icon to save your customized view.

  • The new view will appear in the list of available views.

This allows you to maintain consistency in monitoring deliveries.

Pinning Views for Quick Access

To quickly access frequently used views:

  • Click the Views dropdown menu.

  • Find the view you want to pin.

  • Click the 📌 pin icon next to the view name.

Pinned views will appear as tabs at the top of your dashboard, streamlining your workflow.

By creating and pinning custom views, you can improve efficiency and respond to delivery situations faster.
