The Nash platform organizes inbound orders into efficient delivery routes using information from zones, shifts, and delivery windows. This guide explains how to access and manage routes after they've been generated.
Access Routes Dashboard
Select the Orders button on the main menu
Navigate to the Routes tab
In the Routes tab, you'll see all routes that have been generated and queued for dispatch.
View Route Details
Select a route from the list
Review the route information displayed
Route details provide essential information about the delivery sequence and estimated times.
Examine Route Map
With a route selected, navigate to the Map tab
View the visualization of the route and all stops
The map provides a geographical representation of the entire route, showing the sequence of delivery stops.
Dispatch Routes
You can handle route dispatching through either of these methods:
Manual dispatch: Select the route and dispatch it yourself
Automatic dispatch: Configure routes to dispatch automatically with no action needed
Setting routes to auto-dispatch streamlines the process by eliminating the need for manual intervention.
