Navigate Orders and Routes in Nash

Managing both past and future orders efficiently requires understanding how to access the right information at the right time. This guide walks you through the process of reviewing orders and their associated routes in Nash.

Access Order Information

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab

  2. Select the desired date range and time for the orders you want to review

  3. Note that you can choose dates in either the past or future

Review Past Orders

When examining completed orders, you'll need to access different information than when planning future deliveries.

  1. After setting your date range to a past period, select the Dispatch tab

  2. Review the order details and the route taken to the customer

  3. Examine any other relevant delivery information

Examine Future Orders

Planning ahead requires a different approach to view upcoming routes.

  1. Set your date range to a future period

  2. Select the Routes tab

  3. View the planned routes based on:

    • Available orders

    • Available assets (shifts, delivery windows, etc.)

Optimize Future Routes

Once you've accessed future routes, you can make adjustments as needed.

  1. Review the automatically created routes

  2. Select optimize if you want to improve the route efficiency

  3. Select the map view for a visual representation of the planned route
