Dispatch a route

Last updated: August 16, 2026

When a route is ready, dispatching it sends its whole set of stops out at once. You can dispatch one route or several.

Dispatch one route

Open the route (edit a route) and choose Dispatch to send that route out.

Dispatch several routes

On the Routes tab, select the routes you want and choose Dispatch Routes. The confirmation warns that this can't be undone — check your selection before you confirm.

After dispatch

Once a route is dispatched, its editing actions lock, and the stops become deliveries you can follow — see find and monitor deliveries. To dispatch orders that aren't on a route, see dispatch orders.

Archive routes you don't need

To clear out routes you're not going to use, select them on the Routes tab and choose Archive Routes. Unlike dispatching, archiving can be undone later, so it's a safe way to tidy up.
