About Location-Based Users Accounts

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Location-Based users allows you to create users who only have access to specific driver groups, drivers, and routes. This is useful for Broker accounts that use multiple sub-carriers for fulfillment.

Nash will need to complete the initial configuration for any new sub-carriers. Notify your supply account manager when launching a new carrier.

To add a new location-based user:

  • Go to Settings > Members & Organization > Users

  • Create a new user by clicking + Add Team Member

  • Enter email, first name, last name

  • Select Role: Driver Group Operations

  • Select the driver groups they require visibility to

  • Save

The new user will receive an email invite to the Nash Portal.

Driver Group Operation users have access to:

  • Creating and editing drivers

  • Viewing and adding drivers to driver groups

  • Deliveries tab with routes assigned to the driver groups they have permissions for
