About Location-Based Users Accounts

Location-Based users allows you to create users who only have access to specific driver groups, drivers, and routes. This is useful for Broker accounts that use multiple sub-carriers for fulfillment.
Nash will need to complete the initial configuration for any new sub-carriers. Notify your supply account manager when launching a new carrier.
To add a new location-based user:
Go to Settings > Members & Organization > Users
Create a new user by clicking
+ Add Team MemberEnter email, first name, last name
Select Role: Driver Group Operations
Select the driver groups they require visibility to
Save
The new user will receive an email invite to the Nash Portal.
Driver Group Operation users have access to:
Creating and editing drivers
Viewing and adding drivers to driver groups
Deliveries tab with routes assigned to the driver groups they have permissions for
