Manage your Toast integration

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Once you've finished the Getting Started checklist (see Connect Toast to Nash), the day-to-day controls for your Toast integration don't all live in one place. This page tells you where each one is, so you know where to look after go-live.

Note

The Toast integration is available for Toast-connected organizations. Toast is connected when your organization is provisioned with Nash.

The Toast page

After go-live, the sidebar shows a Toast item that opens the Toast page. Today this page is a confirmation screen, not a settings panel. It shows Your Toast setup is complete, telling you your Toast locations are connected and ready for delivery, alongside a More settings are coming soon note.

There are no operator controls on this page. To change how your integration behaves, use the sections below — the settings you're looking for live under Locations, Orders, and Billing, not on the Toast page.

Dining options and tip split — under Locations

The per-location Toast settings live on each pickup location, not on the Toast page.

  • Dining options — the Toast order types Nash processes for delivery. You can change which dining options are active for a location, and pull the latest list from Toast, from the location's settings.
  • Tip split — the percentage of the tip that goes to the driver (100% by default), set per location.

Edit both under Manage locations.

Orders — under Orders

Orders that come in from Toast flow into Nash and appear in Orders. That's where you review each order and where Nash dispatches it to a delivery provider or your own fleet. To follow an order through its stages, see Order timeline and status.

Billing and plan — under Billing

Your payment method, plan, and invoices are managed in the Billing section. You choose a plan when you go live; the Enterprise plan is custom and set with the Nash team. To review or change your plan, use the Billing section or reach out to Nash at nash.ai/demo.
