Customer tracking and notifications
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Tracking is where you shape what your customers see and hear about their delivery: the tracking page they open from their link, and the notifications they receive as the delivery moves. This section is the hub for setting both up.
There are two sides to it:
- The tracking page — the live page a recipient opens from their tracking link, showing the map, driver, ETA, proof of delivery, and your branding.
- Customer notifications — the SMS, email, and other messages a recipient gets as their delivery is created, dispatched, and completed.
Tip
New here? The tracking page and the notifications work together — the page is only reachable when a notification sends the customer its link. Start with send customers a tracking link, which walks the whole flow end to end.
Operators set it up; customers see the result
You configure both of these in the portal. Your customers never see this setup — they only see the finished tracking page and the messages that reach them. Everything in this section is about deciding what that page shows and what those messages say.
What's in this section
| Area | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Customize your tracking page | What the recipient sees on their tracking link — which sections show, plus your logo, color, and footer. |
| Set up customer notifications | The messages customers receive as a delivery progresses, and where each one is sent. |
Tracking-page branding vs. portal branding
The logo and brand color you set for the tracking page style the customer page — the one recipients open from their link. That's separate from your portal branding, which controls the look of the operator portal you work in every day. Those live in different places and are saved separately; setting one doesn't change the other. Portal branding is a separate Settings surface, not part of this section.
