Customize your tracking page

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Tracking Customization page is where you control the public tracking page your customers open from their tracking link — what it shows, how it's branded, and what language it speaks. You edit it live against a sample delivery and save when you're happy.

Find it under EngageTracking Customization (/engage/tracking).

This is the customer-facing tracking page, not your operator portal. The logo, brand color, and column labels for the portal your team logs into are a separate setting — see Related below.

The two panes

The screen is split in two:

  • Left — live preview. A phone (or desktop) frame showing exactly what a customer sees, rendered from a built-in sample delivery. Everything you change on the right updates here immediately.
  • Right — editor sidebar. The controls you edit.

Nothing you change is live yet — the preview updates, but your customers keep seeing the current page until you Save.

Preview controls

Above the preview frame:

  • Before dispatch / Delivery — switch which phase of the customer's journey you're previewing. Before dispatch is the page shown before a delivery exists (only selectable once you turn that feature on — see show tracking before dispatch); Delivery is the normal in-progress tracking page.
  • Desktop / Mobile — preview the page at either size. Customers open tracking links on both, so it's worth checking each.

Tabs

At the top of the screen:

  • Delivery — always present. Everything about the tracking page itself.
  • Feedback — the post-delivery feedback form. See collect delivery feedback.

The editor sidebar has its own two inner tabs:

  • Page — the language, the before-dispatch message, which sections and details appear, and the footer.
  • Appearance — the tracking-page logo and brand color.

Save your changes

Select Save in the sidebar footer. A Save tracking page changes? dialog opens and lists exactly what changed before it goes live. Review that list and confirm — nothing is published to your customers until you do. If you close the dialog without confirming, your edits stay pending and the live page is unchanged.

Where to go next

Related

  • Operator portal branding is a different setting. The logo, brand color, and column labels for the portal your team signs into live under your organization's Settings, not here. This page only controls the customer-facing tracking page.
  • Notifications that tell customers when their delivery status changes are set up separately — see set up customer notifications. Broader workflow automations, a distinct concept, live in Automate.
