Filter and save order views
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Beyond the tabs and search box, the Orders page has a Filters panel for narrowing the list further, and a way to save the setup you land on as a view you can return to.
Filter the list
Select Filters in the toolbar to open the filter panel. Inside, you can narrow the list by facets like city, state, status, tags, creation, and dispatch strategy — and, if your organization uses routes, a Route Options filter for showing only orders with or without a route. Filters apply as you set them; use the panel's clear option to drop them and start over. Separately, a date-range control in the toolbar, next to Filters, limits the list to a time window.
Save a view
Once your filters and columns look the way you want, select Views in the toolbar and choose Add New View to save the current setup as a named view. Switch between your saved views from that same panel, and use the columns picker to choose which columns show before you save. A + in the tab strip opens this same panel as a shortcut — it isn't a separate way of building a view.

See find & work orders for how filtering and saved views fit into the rest of the Orders page.
