Providers will fail deliveries they are unable to complete. You will not be charged delivery fees, tips, or the Nash fee for failed deliveries.
If you are using a dispatch strategy with auto-reassign on failure enabled, then Nash will automatically re-assign the delivery to the next provider based on your selection strategy.
If you are not using a dispatch strategy where auto-reassign on failure is enabled, you will need to reassign manually to another provider.
If the delivery has been picked up, then you will need to file an incident to get the package value reimbursed to you.
