Saving Frequently Used Locations

If you regularly use the same location for pickup or dropoff of your deliveries, we suggest saving that location to easily access it during order entry.

To do that, Go to Settings > Locations (under Dispatch).

For pickup locations, you can also add extra details like adding in some additional prep time, and adding hours of operation for this location.

Adding A Pickup Location

Get started by navigating to Settings > Locations. The default tab is Pickup. click New Location to start adding pickup details.

  1. On the pickup details screen, add in the location name and the address, and click Next.

Note: If you have multiple addresses you'll be adding in, be sure to select a standard naming convention so you can identify them easily!

Also be sure to select the address from the dropdown as you begin to type. This is important for address validation when we send the delivery to the provider.


2. For pickup details, the only required field is the phone number: this is important in case delivery drivers have trouble finding your location, or that of the customer.

  • You can also add in pickup instructions if they're the same most of the time for your pickup location.

Note: Prep time and Pickup Windows are not supported for manual entry at this time. Reach out to our Support Team to find out more about automating job creation.

3. Click Next and your location has been added!

You can continue to add more pickup locations, or move on to Dropoff Locations.

Adding A Dropoff Location

Under the dropoff locations tab, select New Location:

  1. On the dropoff details screen, add in the location name and the address, and click Next.

Note: If you have multiple addresses you'll be adding in, be sure to select a standard naming convention so you can identify them easily!

Also be sure to select the address from the dropdown as you begin to type. This is important for address validation when we send the delivery to the provider.

  • You can also add in dropoff instructions if they're the same most of the time for your dropoff locations.

3. Click save, and your dropoff location has been saved!

Using Saved Locations During Manual Order Entry

To utilize saved locations during order entry, go to the order entry screen, and click the bookmark symbol to the right of the pickup or dropoff location. Select the name of the location you want to be filled in:



Note the name of the dispatch strategy appears as you have specified in Location settings.

The information will auto-fill, and the map to the right will reflect the location.


If you use both pickup and dropoff saved locations, don't forget to scroll down and enter package details, select a dispatch strategy, and submit your delivery!
