View your earnings

Earnings only shows up for some drivers. Your operator has to turn on driver reports for your organization, and you have to be on a pay plan through them — if either of those isn't true, you won't see an Earnings entry at all. This isn't something you can turn on yourself; if you think you should have access and don't, check with your operator.

If your operator has it enabled, you'll find Earnings as an entry in your app's settings. It's a read-only summary of the work you've done — there's nothing to configure or edit here, just numbers your operator's system has calculated for you.

What you'll see

Pick a date range and the summary shows you totals for that period, including:

• Routes and stops — how many you ran and completed.
• Distance — how far you drove.
• Earnings — what you made for the work, including any tips and bonus pay tied to your routes.

You'll also see a daily breakdown alongside the totals, so you can check a particular day rather than just the overall period.

Why you might not see it

Two things both have to be true for Earnings to appear:

• Your operator has turned on driver reports for your organization.
• You're set up on a pay plan through your operator.

Plenty of organizations don't use either of these, so it's normal not to see an Earnings entry at all — it doesn't mean anything is missing or broken on your end. If you're expecting to see your earnings and don't, that's a question for your operator, since it comes down to how they've set up your account, not anything in the app itself.
