Export and share analytics data
Last updated: August 16, 2026
You can pull the numbers out of any Analytics dashboard to work with them elsewhere — in a spreadsheet, a report, or an email to your team.
Download a dashboard or panel
- Open Analytics and go to the dashboard you want.
- Set the date range and any filters so the view shows exactly the data you're after.
- Use the download control on the dashboard (or on an individual chart or table) to export it. Data exports as a file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Some organizations also have a dedicated Data Export tab — a dashboard built for pulling raw delivery data straight out. If you have it, it's the fastest way to get a clean export.
Note
The dashboards are interactive tools embedded in Nash, so the exact download button and options live inside the dashboard itself and can vary. Look for a download or export control on the dashboard or on the chart you want.
Share a report
Filter a dashboard to the view you want, then export and send the file, or point colleagues who have Analytics access to the same dashboard in their own portal. Some dashboards also offer their own share option directly on the page.
Custom dashboards
Analytics doesn't have a build-your-own-report tool — the dashboards are pre-built. If you need a dashboard tailored to your operation, or a metric that isn't shown, reach out to Nash to have one set up.
This is different from exporting the deliveries table
Exporting a report here is not the same as exporting your deliveries list. To pull a CSV of the deliveries themselves — with their statuses, timestamps, and addresses — use the export on the deliveries list, not Analytics.
