Analytics overview

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Analytics is where you explore dashboards and reports built on your Nash delivery data — completion rates, reassignments, performance by city or provider, and more. Open it from Analytics in the main navigation.

The dashboards report on deliveries you dispatched through Nash and that a provider or your own fleet fulfilled — Nash dispatches the delivery, it doesn't perform it.

Note

Analytics is available depending on your Nash plan and setup. If you don't see it, or you'd like dashboards tailored to your operation, reach out to Nash.

How Analytics is laid out

Analytics is a set of interactive dashboards, shown as a strip of tabs across the top of the page. Each tab is a dashboard focused on one view of your data — an overview, performance, support metrics, data export, and more.

The exact tabs you see depend on your organization. Some dashboards are standard; others are tailored to a specific operation and set up by Nash. Don't expect the same tab list as another team.

Everything on a dashboard — the charts, the tables, the filters — is interactive. You work inside the dashboard itself: change the date range, drill into a chart, and download what you need.

Set the date range

A shared date range control drives every dashboard. Change it once and the dashboards update to match; the default is the last 7 days. Presets cover today, yesterday, week/month to date, the previous week or month, the last 7 or 30 days, the last 3, 6, or 12 periods, and year to the last completed month.

Your date-range choice is remembered the next time you open Analytics.

Customer and provider views

If your organization both dispatches deliveries and delivers for others, a toggle appears at the top of the page — As customer / As provider — and each side has its own set of dashboards. Most teams see just one view and no toggle.

Dashboards refresh on their own

Dashboards pull current data and refresh periodically while the page is open, so you're looking at up-to-date numbers without reloading.

If Analytics isn't set up yet

A few states mean the dashboards aren't ready to show data:

  • Not set up — your dashboards haven't been configured yet. Use the Chat with us button on the page to reach Nash and get started.
  • Billing not active — Analytics activates once your billing information is in place. Add it under Billing, and the dashboards turn on automatically.
  • Not on your plan (Shopify) — if you're on a Shopify plan that doesn't include Analytics, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Upgrade your Shopify plan to unlock it.
