Read the Performance dashboard

The Performance dashboard breaks your delivery performance down by dimension — so you can see how completion, reassignments, and volume vary across your cities, providers, and delivery modes. It's one of the standard Analytics tabs.

Note

Performance is available if your organization has the tab. The exact charts and columns are configured by Nash and can differ between organizations.

Open it

Go to Analytics.
Select the Performance tab.
Set the date range for the period you want to review.

Break the numbers down by dimension

The dashboard groups your metrics by dimension so you can compare like-for-like:

Cities — how performance differs across the areas you deliver in.
Providers — how each provider (or your own fleet) is performing.
Delivery modes — how performance varies by the kind of delivery.

Switch the dimension to re-cut the same metrics a different way, and use the dashboard's filters to narrow to a specific city, provider, or mode.

Choose which columns to show

The metrics table lets you pick which columns are visible — look for the column or settings control on the table to add or hide columns and focus on the numbers you care about.

Export it

Once the view shows what you want, download it to a spreadsheet. See export and share analytics data.
