Last updated: April 23, 2025
This guide walks you through the process of using the search bar to find specific jobs in NASH.
For the most effective searches, make sure your filter settings are broad enough to include the items you're searching for, then use the search bar to narrow down those results.
Understanding Search Options
There are many ways to search for delivery details in NASH:
Using date filters to narrow down by timeframe
Using pre-built filters to sort by provider, city, or state, etc
The search bar provides the quickest way to find specific job details
Using the Search Bar
The search bar allows you to search across multiple fields:
Job IDs (including external IDs)
Cities or locations
Organizations
Order numbers
Any other field within NASH
Perform a Search
Locate the search bar at the top of the dashboard
Type your search term (like a city name, order number, or ID)
Your results will automatically populate in the dashboard below
Important Search Considerations
The search bar works within your current filter settings. If you search for an order from three weeks ago, but your date filter is set to "today" only: the order will not appear in your results.
Search Best Practices
To ensure you find what you're looking for:
Set your date filters to include the timeframe of the job you're searching for
Adjust any other filters to be inclusive of the job details
Then enter your specific search term in the search bar
