View Active vs. Inactive Tasks

This guide walks you through the process of viewing inactive tasks in your Orders and Deliveries dashboards in NASH.

Viewing inactive tasks can be helpful when you need to review orders that couldn't be fulfilled or when troubleshooting issues with completed deliveries.

Understanding Task Status

By default:

• The Orders and Deliveries dashboards only display active tasks

• Inactive tasks (such as those that were unable to be fulfilled) are hidden

Show Inactive Tasks

To view both active and inactive tasks:

1. Navigate to your Orders or Deliveries dashboard

2. Locate and click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner

3. Find the option labeled Include only active tasks in search

4. Deselect this option by clicking on it

View Updated Results

1. Once you have deselected the "Include only active tasks" option

2. Your dashboard will automatically update

3. The view will now display both active and inactive tasks

Return to Active-Only View

To return to viewing only active tasks:

1. Click the gear icon again

2. Select the "Include only active tasks in search" option
