Delivery Detail Drawer

This guide walks you through the process of accessing and viewing detailed information about deliveries via the Delivery Detail Drawer.

The drawer view provides quick access to the most important delivery information, while the full details page offers a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the delivery.

Access Basic Delivery Information

  1. Navigate to the delivery dashboard

  2. Click on any delivery in the list

  3. A drawer view will open from the side with delivery details

Information Available in the Drawer View

The drawer view provides essential delivery information including:

  • Provider details

  • Map view of the delivery route

  • Package details

  • Delivery status

  • POD (Proof of Delivery) thumbnail if delivery is complete

  • Location details for both pickup and drop-off points

  • Date and time information for the delivery

  • Delivery activity timeline showing each step in the process

View Time Zone Options

At the top of the drawer, you can:

  • See the current delivery status

  • Toggle between your computer's time zone and the delivery's time zone

Access Complete Delivery Details

For more comprehensive information:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the drawer view

  2. Click the See Details button

  3. This will open the full detailed view of the delivery with all available information
