Manually assign incoming deliveries to individual drivers when specific allocation is required beyond automated dispatch rules.

Select a delivery

1. Go to Deliveries menu

2. Locate the delivery requiring assignment

3. Click the Assign Driver button under the Driver Group name

Choose the driver

1. Review the list of available drivers

2. Select the appropriate driver

3. Select Assign

The delivery status updates to show the assigned driver immediately.
