Access comprehensive information about any delivery for tracking, troubleshooting, or customer service purposes.

Slideout Information Center

1. Go to Deliveries menu

2. Select anywhere on the delivery row

3. The Slideout Information Center will open with detailed information on your Delivery. This includes route info and single delivery info.

4. Click on the map icon to view map details for the route or delivery.

Access full delivery details

The Delivery Details page offers complete delivery information, most of which is included in the Slideout Information Center, but displays on a new page.

There are 2 ways to access the Delivery Details page:

• On the Delivery Dashboard, select the > arrow under the Action column

• Open the Slideout Information Center and select See details button
