Filter and Save Views in NASH

This guide walks you through the process of filtering deliveries or orders in NASH and saving custom views for future use.

Creating and saving custom views allows you to quickly access frequently used filter combinations without having to recreate them each time.

Apply Filters to Your View

  1. Go to the deliveries or orders page

  2. Click the filter button to open the filter panel on the left side

  3. Filter results by various filter categories such as city, state, driving distance, or dispatch strategy (to name a few)

View Filtered Results

After selecting filters, you can:

  • Close the panel to keep your filters applied

  • Click reset to remove all filters and return to the full list

Save Custom Views

If you frequently use the same filters:

  1. Click View from the Orders or Delivery page

  2. Select add new view

  3. Name your custom view

  4. Choose the visibility options:

    • Only visible to yourself

    • All users within the organization

    • All users within this account

  5. Click the check box to save your view

Pin Important Views

To pin a view for quick access:

  1. Go to views

  2. Select the view you want to pin

  3. Click the pin icon

  4. Pinned views will appear at the top of the page every time you log in

Access Saved Views

Your saved views can be accessed in multiple ways:

  • Find them at the top of your Orders and Deliveries page alongside standard views (all view, all order, all assigned and flagged)

  • Click views and select from:

    • Edit - update or adjust your view

    • Pin - Saves your view to the top of your Orders and Deliveries page

    • Delete - Removes a view
