Read the delivery summary

At the top of a delivery's full details page sits the summary strip — the identifiers, timestamps, and counts you need before diving into the rest of the page.

What's in it

• Summary — hover the info icon next to the heading for a tooltip listing the delivery's identifiers, including the Job ID. The Job ID is searchable in the dashboard, so it's the one worth remembering if you're pulling up this delivery again later.
• Created — the timestamp this delivery was created.
• Pickup and dropoff counts — chips showing how many pickup and dropoff stops the delivery has.
• Driving distance — a chip with the distance the delivery covers.

If your org shows costs to operators, you may also see the delivery's price here.

Related Deliveries

When a delivery is connected to others, a Related Deliveries popover lists them — the order it belongs to, any deliveries batched together with it, and duplicates created from it. Use it to jump between deliveries that share a history instead of searching for each one separately.
