Last updated: April 23, 2025

This guide walks you through the process of searching and viewing deliveries with multiple tasks in NASH.

Viewing all tasks (both active and inactive) is particularly useful when troubleshooting orders or when you need to see the history of provider assignments for a specific order.

Include Inactive Tasks in Your Search

By default, your dashboard only shows active tasks:

  1. To view all tasks (including inactive ones), click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner

  2. Deselect the "Include Only Active Tasks" option

  3. Your dashboard will update to show all tasks, including inactive ones like unfulfilled orders

Identify Orders with Multiple Tasks

When an order has multiple tasks assigned to different providers, you will see an icon in the provider column:

  • Look in the provider column for an icon with a number

  • The icon will show "+1" if there are two tasks, "+2" if there are three tasks, and so on. The First task is displayed on the dashboard, the additional tasks can be viewed.

Quick View All Tasks on an Order

To see all providers assigned to an order:

  1. Click on the +# icon in the provider column

  2. A pop-up window will appear showing all providers and their status on that order

  3. This allows you to quickly see the provider task and status with that order
