Filter and save delivery views

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Deliveries page starts you on three tabs — All, Assigned, and Flagged — that filter the same underlying list rather than splitting it into separate workspaces. When those aren't specific enough, you can narrow the list with filters and search, then save the setup you land on as a view so you don't have to rebuild it next time. A saved view can go further than filters, too — its own columns, a name, and a sharing setting.

This article covers the whole path: filtering and searching, saving what's on screen, tailoring the columns, choosing who can see it, and managing your views once you have a few.

Filter the list

Select Filters to open the filter panel. The button shows how many filters are currently active, so you can tell at a glance whether something is narrowing your results.

Inside the panel you'll find checkbox filters for things like delivery status, provider, courier, pickup and dropoff location, tags, dispatch strategy, and flag status, along with a Delivery Type filter for choosing between Point To Point and Batch. There are more filters available than these — the panel is worth a browse the first time you open it.

Filters apply as soon as you set them. Two buttons at the bottom of the panel help you manage them:

  • Reset Filters clears every filter you've set, but leaves your date range and any search text in place.
  • Close Panel just collapses the panel — it doesn't change anything you've selected.

Search

The search box above the table matches free-form text against your deliveries. Use it alongside filters and tabs to zero in on something specific.

Save the current view

Once your tabs, filters, and search look the way you want, save the whole setup as a view instead of rebuilding it next time. A saved view captures more than just your filters — it's a snapshot of your entire current setup, including columns, sort order, page size, and date range.

There are two ways to start a view:

  • Select the New View tab (the + at the end of the tab strip, past All, Assigned, Flagged, and any saved views you already have).
  • Open Views in the toolbar and select Add New View.

Either one opens the same creation flow, where you name the view and save it. A newly saved view is pinned automatically, so it shows up right away as its own tab alongside All, Assigned, and Flagged.

Any named tab you see beyond All, Assigned, and Flagged — including ones your team may have already set up, like "Active" or "Complete" — is a saved view like this one, not a built-in default.

Tailor the columns

The main thing that sets a tailored view apart from a quick-saved filter set is its columns. Use the columns control in the table toolbar (Manage columns) to choose which columns show and what order they appear in, before you save. That lets you build a view for a specific job — for example, a lean set of columns for a daily status check.

Choose who can see it

A view name is required — you won't be able to save without one.

Depending on your permissions, you may also see a Visibility setting:

Visibility Who sees it
Only me within this organization Just you, in this organization
All users within this organization Everyone in your organization
All organizations within this account Everyone across all organizations in your account

If you don't see a visibility setting, your view saves as private automatically.

Manage your saved views

Open Views in the toolbar to see every saved view, not just the ones pinned to the tab strip — worth checking if you're looking for a view someone on your team built. From there, each view gives you:

  • A pencil icon to rename it.
  • A pin icon to pin or unpin it — pinning adds it to the tab strip, unpinning removes it from the strip without deleting it.
  • A trash icon to delete it, with a confirmation before it's gone for good.
  • A drag handle to reorder it among your other views.

If you've changed a view's filters or columns and want to update the saved version instead of creating a new one, select that view's tab, open Filters, and select Save changes at the bottom of the panel. That updates the existing view with your current setup rather than making a new one.

See find and monitor deliveries for how filtering and saved views fit into the rest of the Deliveries page.
