Monitor deliveries live

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Deliveries page can show you more than a list of deliveries — it can show you their health at a glance, broken down by stage, so you can spot trouble before it piles up. This article covers opening Live Monitoring, reading the panel, and using it to jump into the deliveries that need attention.

Open Live Monitoring

Select the Live Monitoring button (the pulse icon) in the toolbar to open the health panel above your delivery list. Select it again to close it.

What the panel shows

The panel is a row of tiles, one per delivery stage: Pending Assignment, Pending Pickup, Pending Dropoff, and Dropoff Complete. Each tile splits its deliveries into three health counts — On Time, At Risk, and Late — shown in green, amber, and red by default. Those labels, colors, and thresholds can be configured per org, so what counts as "at risk" may look a little different depending on where you work.

Filter to the deliveries that need attention

The panel isn't a separate list to browse — it's a filter on the one you already have. Select a tile, or a specific health count within it, and your delivery list and map narrow down to just those deliveries. From there, select one to open it, same as anywhere else on the page. See read a delivery for what's in it.

See find and monitor deliveries for how Live Monitoring fits into the rest of the Deliveries page.
