Find & monitor deliveries

The Deliveries page (select Deliveries in the sidebar) is where you find and watch your deliveries — live ones still moving and completed ones you need to look back on. This article covers the ways to find what you're looking for and keep an eye on it once you have; the deeper how-tos for each are linked along the way.

Find a delivery

Three tabs sit at the top of the page — All, Assigned, and Flagged — each a filter over the same list, not a separate workspace. Next to them you'll find any saved views your team has created, and a search box for finding a specific delivery.

For anything more specific, open Filters to narrow the list by things like status, provider, or delivery type. If you find yourself building the same filter combination often, save it as a view so it's one click next time — you can also give a view its own columns and sharing settings. Monitor deliveries

To watch where things physically are, switch from the table to the Map view. It plots your deliveries by location so you can see what's moving and where — see track a delivery on the map.

To watch overall health instead of individual locations, open Live Monitoring. It breaks your deliveries down by stage — pending assignment, pending pickup, pending dropoff, and dropoff complete — and by how they're tracking, so you can spot trouble before it piles up. See monitor deliveries live.

Open a delivery

Once you've found the one you're after, select it to see everything about that delivery — status, locations, provider, and package details. See read a delivery.
