Payment methods and fees reference

Accepted payment methods

Which types are offered depends on your country — they're provided by Nash's payment processor, Stripe, based on what's supported where your account is set up.

Card processing fee

Fee 3% of the payment (or the maximum allowed by law)
Applies to Payments made by credit card
How to avoid it Link a bank account as your payment method instead

The fee notice appears in the add-payment-method form whenever a card is the selected method.

Expiry badges

Badge When it shows
Expires soon A card within about two months of its expiry date
Expired A card past its expiry date

Add or set a new default method before a card lapses so dispatching isn't interrupted.
