Billing overview
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Billing, under Settings, is where you manage how you pay Nash: your payment methods and your invoices. Nash bills you for the deliveries you dispatch through the platform and that a provider or your own fleet fulfills — you're only charged for what you use.
Secure card processing and your full payment history are handled by Stripe, Nash's payment processor. Nash shows your methods and invoices and hands off to Stripe's hosted pages for anything involving card data or detailed history.
A payment method is required to start dispatching
A new organization has to add a payment method before it can dispatch. Until one is on file, you'll see a banner prompting you to Add billing info, and your organization stays inactive. Add a card or bank account and dispatching turns on automatically.
The same applies if you ever remove your last method: open invoices can still be paid, but you'll need a method on file again to resume dispatching.
What's on the Billing page
| Section | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Payment methods | Add and manage the cards or bank accounts Nash charges. |
| Invoices | View, pay, and download your invoices; open the Stripe portal for full history. |
Who can manage billing
Everyone on your team can see the Billing page, but loading and managing billing is limited to organization admins. If the page says you don't have access, ask an admin on your team to help or to grant you billing access.
A few things to know
- Refunds aren't managed here. Refund outcomes show up on the related invoice; the request flow lives with the delivery. See request a refund.
- Providers who receive payouts from Nash have a separate payouts area — this section is about paying Nash, not getting paid.
- If your business bills in more than one country, an Operating country selector appears at the top of the page; everything below belongs to the selected country's account.
