Customers overview
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Customers is a directory of the people your organization has delivered to. Every recipient you dispatch to is collected here automatically, so you build up a picture of who you serve and how each relationship is going over time.
Note
Customers is currently in beta and may not be turned on for your organization yet. Reach out to Nash for early access.
How records are created
You don't add customers by hand. As soon as you dispatch your first delivery, the recipient appears here — and each new dispatch keeps their record up to date. A customer is an end recipient of your deliveries, not a user of the portal.
The customers list
Open Customers to see the directory. Each row shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | Name and customer ID, with a badge for a Top customer (high lifetime order count) or a New customer. A business icon marks business accounts. |
| Business | The business name, for business accounts. |
| Contact | Email and phone. |
| Lifetime | How many orders the customer has placed with you. |
| Last seen | How recently they had a delivery. |
Above the list, a set of stats summarizes the directory: total customers, new in the last 14 days, active in the last 7 days, and how many need attention (recent refunds or failures).
