Editing a Delivery in Nash

After creating a delivery in Nash, you can modify select details without starting a new delivery. For other changes, duplication may be necessary.

Editable Details

These elements can be updated directly:

  • Package description

  • Package value

  • Driver tip

  • Item count

Note: Changes to pickup/drop-off times, phone numbers, or addresses require duplicating the delivery and canceling the original.

Steps to Edit a Delivery

  1. Access the Delivery Details Page: Navigate to the order's details page.

  2. Find the Edit Icon: Look for the pencil icon at the top of the page.

  3. Open the Editing Interface: Select the pencil icon to open the editing window.

  4. Make Changes: Update the editable fields as needed.

  5. Save Changes: Select Save to apply your edits.

  6. Confirm Edits: A confirmation notification will appear.

Important Notes

  • Editing restrictions may apply depending on the delivery stage or provider policies.

  • If changes aren't possible, a notification will alert you.

How to Duplicate a Delivery

  1. Go to Order History: Access the dashboard with all your orders.

  2. Find the Order to Duplicate: Locate the specific order.

  3. Initiate Duplication

    • Select the vertical ellipsis (...) next to the order.

    • Choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu.

    Alternatively:

    • Duplicate directly from the order details page.

  4. Update Job Details: Edit all necessary fields in the new screen.

  5. Review and Save: Ensure accuracy, then select Save.

  6. Cancel the original delivery to avoid duplicates.
