Editing a Delivery in Nash

After creating a delivery in Nash, you can modify select details without starting a new delivery. For other changes, duplication may be necessary.

Note: Changes to pickup/drop-off times, phone numbers, or addresses require duplicating the delivery and canceling the original.
Steps to Edit a Delivery
Access the Delivery Details Page: Navigate to the order's details page.
Find the Edit Icon: Look for the pencil icon at the top of the page.
Open the Editing Interface: Select the pencil icon to open the editing window.
Make Changes: Update the editable fields as needed.
Save Changes: Select Save to apply your edits.
Confirm Edits: A confirmation notification will appear.
Important Notes
Editing restrictions may apply depending on the delivery stage or provider policies.
If changes aren't possible, a notification will alert you.
How to Duplicate a Delivery
Go to Order History: Access the dashboard with all your orders.
Find the Order to Duplicate: Locate the specific order.
Initiate Duplication
Select the vertical ellipsis (...) next to the order.
Choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively:
Duplicate directly from the order details page.
Update Job Details: Edit all necessary fields in the new screen.
Review and Save: Ensure accuracy, then select Save.
Cancel the original delivery to avoid duplicates.
