Duplicating a Delivery

When editing a delivery isn’t possible, duplicate it and cancel the original to ensure accurate records and efficient management.

Steps to Duplicate a Delivery

  1. Access Delivery History: Open the Delivery Dashboard to view all deliveries.

  2. Locate the Delivery: Find the delivery you want to duplicate.

  3. Initiate Duplication: Select the vertical ellipsis (…) next to the delivery.

    1. Choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu.

    1. Alternatively, duplicate from the Delivery Details page:

  4. Update Delivery Details: Edit the necessary fields in the new delivery form.

  5. Review and Save

  6. Cancel the original delivery to avoid duplicates.
