Cancel a delivery

Last updated: August 16, 2026

You can cancel a delivery any time before it reaches drop-off.

Cancel it

  1. Open the delivery, or find its row in the Deliveries list.
  2. Choose Cancel Delivery — from the delivery's action menu, the button on the details page, or the row's menu (shortcut C).
  3. In the confirmation, review anything shown about a fee (see below), then select Confirm. If it's too late to cancel, the dialog says so instead.

If the delivery has related stops, you can toggle Cancel other deliveries to cancel them in the same step.

Cancellation fees

Whether a cancellation costs anything is up to the provider, not Nash, and when a fee applies varies by provider — cancelling earlier is generally less likely to incur one. When a fee applies, the confirmation shows it before you commit:

  • Some deliveries show a specific Fee amount with a note that you'll be charged it.
  • For some providers you'll see a caution that the delivery was created a while ago and cancelling it may incur a fee.

Because fees are set by the provider, the exact amount and when one applies vary — the confirmation is the place to check before you go ahead. If a fee looks wrong, contact Nash support with the delivery details.

If you can't cancel

Once a delivery is picked up or complete, cancelling may not be available. If you need it stopped and can't do it yourself, contact the provider, or reach Nash support. To send the delivery again with changes instead, see duplicate a delivery.
