Configure Deliveries Dashboard

Your account is now ready to receive and fulfill deliveries! Let's get your Deliveries dashboard customized just the way you want it.

Go to Deliveries menu

Filters and Views

You can Filter the deliveries displayed to you based on the information on the delivery, and then save these filters as a View.

  1. Click Filters to open the Filters configurator

  2. Setup the Filters you wish to see or remove those you don't want to see. For example, you can disable the Cancelled deliveries if you want them to not show

  3. BONUS: You can also add or remove columns you want visible and update the time zone to display delivery info in using the icons at the top right of the site.

  4. Optionally select a date preset.

    It's best to only use the presets on the left of the date selector. If you select specific dates on the right, it will always maintain those exact dates.

  5. Once you have your filters setup the way you want, click Views

  6. Click + Add New View

  7. Name the View something that makes sense so you can reference it in the future.

  8. Apply who you want to see the view - your entire organization, or just you.

  9. Save the view by clicking ✔

Your new Filtered View will now be displayed in the Views bar at the top of the site

Live Monitoring

Live Monitoring is a great tool to get a overall summary of all your deliveries. This is especially useful when you have a large number of deliveries on the Deliveries Dashboard.

  1. Click the Live Monitoring button (next to Views)

  2. Click the Live Monitoring configurator button (next to Live Monitoring)

  3. Configure the tiles based on your needs and requirements. Save

The tool will now show you when deliveries are On Time, At Risk, or Late. Click a colored tile to automatically filter your current view by those deliveries that apply to that tile.

Download Deliveries

Use the Download icon in the top right of the site to download the Delivery details shown in the current view.

Note, that only the Deliveries in the view you have currently selected will be downloaded. Do download all deliveries within a specific timeframe, select the All View and set your date range, then click the Download icon.
