There are additional configuration settings that are optionally available for your use. Reach out to your Nash Supply Operations Manager to activate these settings
Driver Controls & Workflow
What drivers can do and how they move through deliveries.
Allow driver to skip delivery - If enabled, drivers will be able to skip deliveries in the driver app.
Allow driver to reject delivery - drivers can reject assigned deliveries before starting pickup. The delivery will be reassigned to another driver.
Require driver acceptance for assigned deliveries - drivers must explicitly accept assigned deliveries within a certain amount of time.
Disallow open dropoffs before pickup - Drivers have to finish pickup before they can start dropoffs.
Enforce Route Sequence for Internal Fleet - the route sequence will be enforced. This will prevent drivers from completing stops out of order.
Driver App Experience
What drivers see or how information is presented.
Show package description to drivers - Display package description in the driver app delivery details
Reverse pickups order - Display in app pickups in reverse chronological order to help pack items accordingly
Mask Dropoff Phone Numbers in Driver App - masks dropoff phone numbers for privacy
Dispatch to Driver before pickup minutes - set number of minutes before pickup to display available deliveries to drivers
Communication & Alerts
Messaging and notifications for drivers.
Driver Chat - enables communication via a chat widget between dispatchers and drivers
Notify Driver - Send push notifications to drivers
Reminder Before Pickup - set number of minutes before pickup to remind driver of their delivery
Automation & Safeguards
Automatic updates and rules that prevent errors.
Trigger return when delivery fails - Automatically trigger return process when delivery fails for internal fleet.
Auto Pickup Arrived Distance - Automatically update delivery status to 'pickup_arrived' when close to distance
Auto Dropoff Arrived Distance - Automatically update delivery status to 'dropoff_arrived' when close to distance
Block Courier Completed Progression minutes - prevent premature completion of delivery stages by set number of minutes
Block Courier Completed Progression distance - Prevent premature completion of delivery stages if distance is far
Dispatching & Order Management
Prevents incorrect or premature workflow actions.
Use vehicles on dispatch - will use driver vehicle types to narrow the pool of eligible drivers for a route.
Show all driver groups when assigning order - during quoting, display all driver groups instead of only the most optimal one
Require Active Drivers for Internal Fleet Quotes - quotes will only be generated from driver groups where at least one driver is online/active.
Enable Splitting Large Delivery into Multiple Jobs - a single delivery can be split into multiple jobs.
Early Pickup Time Buffer - Buffer time in minutes for pickup time if pickup window is missing
Bonus Pay - Show bonus pay button in Job details for internal fleet orders.
