Skip Delivery

This is a batch delivery feature only

Default Setting

  • Driver must complete the delivery steps before moving onto the next delivery, or they can go back to the delivery list to move to a different delivery

What the feature does NOT do

  • Change the sequence of deliveries

Feature Changes

  • Driver can Skip the current delivery by opening the delivery menu in the top-right and selecting Skip Delivery

  • Updates in the delivery portal showing it has been skipped

  • Moves the driver onto the next delivery

  • Driver can return to the skipped delivery anytime from the route details page

How to activate the feature

  • Self activation

    • Go to Fleet > My Fleet

    • Toggle ON Allow driver to skip delivery

    • Save

  • Alternate activation

    • Contact Nash Supply Operations to activate
